Customer wants to change feedback

Hi,I have a question regarding feedback.

I received my first negative feedback. Tha customer ordered a light,it had the size of it in the description, but he thought it would be larger, for some reason. I contacted him, and he is returning it and says he will change his feedback if I let him know how to do it.

I am not sure how he goes about changing his feedback. Any help would be great.

You have to send the buyer a feedback revision request.
