Hello:
I purchased a product from a seller which I was not satisfied with after I received it and the seller is no longer repying to my email. He has an online store on ebay and has many products for sale there.
What recourse do I have with this seller?

Start by sending him a polite Message with a clear description of the problem.
If that is not satisfactory you can go to Customer Support up in the top right hand corner there and open the Resolution Centre.
You only have 45 days for this.
You will be required to return the unsatisfactory product with Delivery Confirmation to win the case if the seller is stubborn.
After that, you have 60 days to leave feedback.
