I don't know why I have couple ebay weird todays.
In my summary selling manager I have items eligible for unpaid item case in day 3.
My buyer hit BIN on 10/4, today is 12/04, it is supposed not yet eligible for unpaid item case, but it is.
Something new? is policy change?
I am not going to open UPI because I know the buyer will pay. Just wonder if UPI can be open faster now.

Yes, that was a change announced in the spring update.

Currently, you are required to wait at least 4 days.If you use the Unpaid Ite...
Note that this is for items listed on .com only.

Oh I see.
But PJ my item is listed on CA and it is the 2nd day since the buyer hit BIN.
Did they (ebay) change their mind?

I've been having this happen to me too for the past 3 or 4 days where the system will show that I can open UIDs on items that are only 2 or 3 days unpaid. Then when you try to open the UID you get a red error message stating the system cannot do so. You can then open the case as per usual on the 4th day.
I think there is a glitch in the system. They probably changed something associated with it and it screwed it up, same old same old.

"...and it screwed it up, same old same old."
What else is new? 😞

So......... for BIN items ........ a buyer can buy an item via BIN and if it's not paid for right away it stays up for sale.........
BUT......
Am UPI case can still be opened after 2 days?
Is that the way it works?
