Fake Hat Or Not?

So i bought a New Era hat, In the 5 Pic`s posted it looked legit Seller had good feedback only a few bad, Selling from inside the USA & I paid close to retail. Now my hat arrived i looked it over & its not the same on in the pictures posted & has a nice few -Fake- things about it when it comes to New ear hats. First off the hat was black with red accents in pic`s hat had no red accents, Size is off a bit i know my size & this hat is to big to be the size i bought. Stitching is off in places & new era dose not sell miss stitched hats, The -Originators of the true fitted- That's in all there hats is not inside ( Like photos showed) & the tags inside do not match up to the reg stock photos on there website & the words on the hat are slanted not straight. Now in his posted pic`s all tags, colors & words are there perfect but my item dose not match his posted pic`s at all other then the style. Seller offered refund but not for shipping or shipping it back. Whats my options? Do i just ship it back at my own cost & loose out on say $25 shipping?(Both ways) Or how can i find out if its a fake as the seller assures me its 100% authentic although many Help websites (Including eBay) say the hat is not given the info.

Let the seller know you think it is a fake and would like to return it. You might have to file a not as described dispute. You have 45 days from end of sale to file so don't wait too long if you need to file a dispute.
