The tracking # on expedited parcel shows as delivered but buyer says has not received - anyone ever have similar problem & how did handled?

I shipped a parcel to Edmonton Friday via expedited mail (label printed directly off Paypal site). Buyer contacted me saying it is showing as delivered (I confirmed that it is) but that she never got it. Has anyone ever had this problem & what did they do. I will of course call the Post Office in the morning but just wondering about the situation which I have never had happen in the past.

I've had it happen once before. The post office looked into it and eventually did refund me. There is the possibility that it was delivered to the wrong address and that they'll forward the parcel to the right address....I've heard of that happening the odd time.

Ask buyer to first check with their PO , neighbours etc.
