Only the buyer and seller can leave feedback for each other within 60 days of the transaction.

Looking at the positive feedback you recently received with that "neutral" comment, it is quite obvious the seller made a mistake.

I replied to your other question regarding this matter as well. I really do think you should call ebay Customer Service. They should remove it for you and then you won't need to be bothered with it any longer.
