Feedback filter

I've been reading on the .com board that eBay Australia is having a trial of the ability to filter feedback by negs and/or neuts.

I just discovered that eBay.ca has the same 90-day trial just beginning. http://www2.ebay.com/aw/ca/200507.shtml#2005-07-12170305 Did anyone hear about this from eBay or were they just waiting for us to stumble across it? I would never have found it except for not being able to access the discussion boards this afternoon so I looked for an announcement about the problem. Nothing about sign-in problems, but there was the announcement about the filter. Neat!

It was also announced that feedback sorting would not happen in North America.

Apparently Canada has now 'left the continent'.

We received an email I think last week with information. You should be receiving email from Ebay everytime there are important updated. If not lookup your internal email in "My Ebay".

Yes, and many of us here know how reliable eBay is with sending out e-mails, don't we? From End of Auction notices that come hours late or not at all to the announcements of special listing days that goes to my bidding account but most of the time misses my selling account, or vice versa, or doesn't get sent to either.

If you've received the notice about this FB feature in your My Messages consider yourself charmed because it never appeared in mine.

Me too, Ernie. Mind you, it might come yet ... like next week, or next month. And I don't have a LOT of EOA's that come late, but every week at least one doesn't come for 2 or 3 days.
