No I didn't get it either, the last announcement message I received was re: the USPS and UPS January rate changes.

Maybe because I just opened this store a few weeks ago is why I didn't get the email? Who knows.

eBay has their own "Favourite Sellers" list apparently.

Promo seems to have been offered only to users with minimal selling but a fair amount of buying history.

I don't know if any Canadian users were included.
