Free Listing day on US site Qn

I always get the free listing day, free penny gallery day etc notices but they only apply to ebay.ca. How can I sign up to get the notices for ebay.com?

I don't thing there are any!!!! The .com site has very few special deals. I guess we've got to gear up to do some listing on .ca

Don't think there's been one recently Jeff. I see a lot of speculation on the .com PS board about a FLD but no one seems to know anything - I think some are holding their breath! My bet would be, IF they have one at all, it'll be either Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or Boxing Day.

Usually it is shortly after Xmas. The problem is how do we Canadians find out about it? All of the US ebays get an email. Same goes for penny gallery days etc.

Maybe one of the kind staff working here on the board could give us notice of any of the .com specials! That way we could benefit from that and not have to find a way to get the e-mails?

Would it be possible?

That would be great. Since I only list on .com, I need to find out when the deals and freebies are coming, or I generally miss them. And they don't come around often!

I only list on the .com site as well and normally I don't get emails for .ca free listing days, but I did for the one in early December.....

I also find the promo's are the .com site are somewhat hidden as well and you just about have to stumble across a notice somewhere....

I think there is a link that you can hit to find out about upcoming promo's, but I am not sure about where it is, nor do I have the time or inclination to find it. Maybe I should to save some $$$ and it would be worth my time and effort.

Like clock work I have found out about free listing days hours before it was listed on Ebay.com site or even emailed too me from others

They also have great info on news about Ebay and send News alerts as well

The volume of porn spam email I had before ...and after signing up with auctionbytes has not increased .

But I have not gotten any other form of spam ...God if I got other spam other then porn I would be happy..But no no would be the long answer to the question

It would be worthwhile, too, to be notified of promotions from Ebay.UK and EBay Australia just to name the english speaking sites. Listing in English on non-english sites could also prove productive using translation and currency conversion sites as tools. I visited the Australian site but didn't find any pages promising enough to bookmark.
