Free Listings

Are sellers entitled to Free Listings every month? I am waiting until June to list more stuff as I refuse to pay when I'm not sure it will actually sell. I just don't know if it is every month.

Non-store sellers now get 100 free listings per month. For some categories they can only be used for Auctions, for some they can be used for Auction or Fixed Price.
