I won item 390609503208. Does the shipping information mean all items I purchase after this item will be free also when combined? Or is it just this item will stay free when combined?

If the other items you purchased from the seller say Free Shipping as well, it should be free.

Feel free to message the seller to ask if you want to be 100% sure.

Free Shipping is advertising -spek for "the cost of shipping is included in the asking price."

Fine if you are only buying one item, but more expensive than purchasing multiple items with stated shipping and having the seller discount combined shipping .

Eg I buy 10 items at $10 each with Free Shipping- my cost $100

      I buy !0 items at $8 each with $2 shipping, the seller discounts the shipping to reflect her actual cost of $5. -- my cost $85.
