Good morning sunshine 🙂 It's quite a grey day here in Nova Scotia though.

What do you guys and gals do when you get ill? I have a bit of the flu, and it scares me to think of what would happen if I couldn't work for a few days! My teenage daughter helps me out, as does my husband when he's home(he's military sea king crew and goes away a lot), but it's so easy to get behind....especially if your sick!

Good Moring all and it's a freezing bright sunny day today in Montreal -37 with the windchill brrrr.

I usually get the flu shot so I thankfully rarely get ill.And when I get ill my 18 year old daughter helps and my great hubby as well.

its freeeeeeezing here too, i don't know what the exact temp is, but i'm sure its close to montreal's (ottawa-neighbours!)..
spring is just around the corner...hang in there, even though it doesn't feel like it..:-(
