Has anyone had an issue with listings disappearing, reappearing, disappearing... and so on, today?

I am a new seller. I had listed 3 items yesterday and all seemed fine. Today my listings appear for a while, then disappear, 2 reappeared for a short time and now all 3 have disappeared again. Has anyone else experienced this or am I making a rookie seller mistake somehow? Any help would be appreciated.

When you look on ebay.com you will see your listings but will not see them on ebay.ca because you have not specified a shipping rate to Canada.
