If no shipping fee is stated in the listing, do NOT bid until you have a firm quote.
If you agree to buy without knowing what the shipping will be, the seller can set any price he wants and eBay will back him. Now, most sellers will be fair about this, but you may be surprised how expensive shipping can be even when the seller is being fair.
