To change your address, click on My eBay at the top of the page. Then choose the Account tab. On the left under My Account click Personal Information, then see where it says Email and Contact Information. On the far right you will find the word Edit. Make sure to check the Addresses so that your Registered Primary and Shipping addresses are correct as well.
You'll want to change over in your paypal account as well, whereby you got to paypal and log in, then choose Profile. Click the Add or Edit email link, then the Add or Edit street address.
If you use a credit card, you will need to call the card company to change your information over the phone.
