How do I change my shipping address But leave my billing address as is. The item is a gift !!!

I won an item was quoted two shipping rates. As I live in Canada but want the item shipped to a U.S. address can't seem to get the correct shipping charge on my invoice.  HELP !!!

If you paid for it, it is not a gift.

The seller cannot ship it as a gift to avoid duty and taxes.

In any case, there are duty and taxes on real gifts, however the cutoff is higher:  $60 rather than $20.

If you want the seller to ship to your friend in the USA, you will have to ask. The best time to ask is Before Bidding. The seller is  not required to say yes.
