How do I get my full refund? I returned the item back and I want my money back the sum of $39.95

I returned the item back 2 times already. Do not send it back to me . I'm not interested in buying garbage. The item # is272683030648 and the tracking # is 7035114476870571. Please make me a check for the amount taken from my account which was $39.95

This is a member to member Board and your seller is not likely to be here (or even in Canada).

 

Open the Not As Described dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

Give the (first) tracking number to show you have returned it and it has been received.

Do NOT close the case until you get your refund.

Ask eBay to step in and escalate to a Claim.

 

If you are too late, because the seller has been messing you around, and you have passed the eBay 30 days from delivery deadline, go instead to Paypal.

The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

Same process.

Don't bother with scammer seller.

Give tracking number showing delivery to seller.

Escalate to a Claim.

If the seller does not refund you, PP will and will go after the seller for their money.

 

 

 

EBay tells the seller to pay for return shipping, but only has 30 days for Dispute.

Paypal insists the buyer pay for return shipping but gives 180 days from payment for Dispute.

 

If you didn't use PP, go to the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card and ask for a chargeback.

It keeps coming back because you are not sending the parcel back to the seller. Canada Post sees that tracking number and sees you as the delivery address.
