How do I move an item out of the "Returns and cancelled orders" section and mark it as received?

One of my items I bought is sitting in the "Returns and cancelled orders" section. How do I move it out of there and mark it as received?
Details:
When I didn't get my item on time, I used the options I found to mark it as not received and send the seller a note telling him/her as such. They asked me to wait a few extra days which I was willing to do as they had been quick about responding (though telling me it takes 35-40 days to ship was a bit unsettling after they'd already posted untrue information about item location in more than one area).
I did receive my item now and I closed the request I had opened and marked it as being received. So why is it still sitting in that area?
