How do I stop eBay sending invoices to my buyers? I use the calculator but it's not always correct :_|--I have to keep refunding part of the shipping payment to buyers because they paid right away and paid what the calculator said. Also there are differences in the shipping costs / estimates stated on the Canada post web site and the Canada post shipping costs when I print the shipping labels !!! So again I make refunds 😞 --
Then there are the people who buy two separate items and pay the shipping costs on both and I have to refund half their payment -- I am losing money on the refunds because eBay and PayPal have already taken their % of the shipping paid by the buyer out of my money. Am I obliged to keep giving the refunds to the buyers? One in a hundred might thank me for the refund (If I'm lucky) The shipping refunds vary from $3.00 - $6.00 but on the double shipping payment I recently refunded the buyer $20.00! Your help and information would be most welcome.
