How do i create a 'collection'?

I can't figure out how to create a collection. I'm also curious if the 'collection' counts as one listing towards seller limit and does the collective value count towards limit as well? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks

Collections have nothing whatsoever to do with listings as a seller. They are like online corkboards where you can stickpin the items you like to look at together. 

Are you considering selling here? If this is a new account you've created for the purposes of selling, it's better to use it the new one for buying and the existing one for selling since it has some feedback associated with it. If you're brand-new to ebay as a seller and buyer, you should really do some purchasing here to see how it works. It will not only provide you with a valuable learning experience but install confidence in your customers-to-be.

While this, on the other hand, is my Storefront with listings of Items for sale. 

I grant you that they do look similar. It's best to be familiar with ebay before you try selling here. While you will find no end of help and assistance available in the ebay Community, it is a quagmire of tricky spots for selling.

Psst. Why is your iPad listing Local Pickup only? You'd be better to offer Free Shipping (domestic) and add the cost of postage to the asking price.
