How long do I have to leave feedback?

I cannot find this information anywhere on eBay.ca

Question:  How long do I have to give feedback?  Can I still give feedback after 30 days?

Yes. It's 60 days but I think that is from time of purchase as opposed to payment or receipt but I could be wrong.

If so, another member will be along shortly to correct me. 

That 3-0day limit is for ebay's Money Back Guarantee. After 30 days, you have to use paypal to open a resolution centre case and that is available until 180 days have passed.

Sixty days from the end of the auction/purchase.

In additions, we can add a Response to any feedback (seller or buyer) indefinitely.

The most effective feedback or response is calm and factual.

Feedback is not a way to contact a seller with a problem. That can be done through the Contact Seller /Buyer .

Feedback is not a way to seek resolution for a problem. That can be done through the Resolution Centre.

If you have a problem and more than 30 days have passed since the probable arrival date, you can use the Paypal Resolution Centre which is open for 180 days after payment.

As the others here have mentioned, you have 60 days from when you bought the item (or won the auction) to leave your initial feedback.  This is explained here, where it says "After your transaction, you have a full 60 days to leave Feedback":
