I am having an issue where I go to pay through paypal but it says this payment method wont work?

I have tried paying for a won bid with Paypal, which I have used to pay for multiple items on various sites, unfortuntately it  is telling me to use a different payment method.  I do not wish to use a different payment method.

Have you exceeded the allowed limit? Until you are paypal Verified, you might be cut-off. 

My advice would be to call paypal.
