I bought something on ebay but it said that I did not!

So basically, I bought 2 things around Sept 13. I never had an account when I bought the items, but I thought it would be a good idea for the future, so I made one after. I thought all was going well until a couple days ago. One of the items I bought was suppose to arrive Oct. 4. And its already Oct.8. So I emailed the seller. They said I never bought the item. I was confused. I looked in my pal pal account and it said that I in fact DID pay for the item. Someone told me to change it to the Canadian eBay before, but I was a little confused, and I am in the Canadian one now, and even though I wasn't before what does that mean?... Im a little new to this, so Im very much confused, I have attached a photo from eBay saying that I did pay for the item as proof. Please help me. One of the items I bought was supposed to be for Halloween and Its really stressing me out

Follow up your email to the seller with the transaction number of your Paypal payment. That should be enough to push him into accepting that you have both won and paid for the item.

If not there are remedies. Don't panic.

If your PP account is backed only by a bank account, you wrote an "e-cheque" and it has not yet cleared the US and Canadian banking systems. Even if your seller is in Canada, it has to clear both because PP is a US company. This takes a few days and the seller cannot print your shipping label until it does.

If your seller is new, there may be another problem, but don't worry about that now. Let us know if he has fewer than 25 dales, though. 

Any member in any country can view and usually order from any of the many national eBays. The nice thing about eBay Canada, besides how polite and cuddly we all are, is that we are used to international buying and selling, which can be a mystery to Americans.
