Did you not ask the seller the cost of shipping before you bid.

You will have to try and get the seller to cancel the auction as there is nothing anyone else can do.

You don't pay you get a black mark against you and after 2 or 3 of these you will be escorted of the ebay site.

As toby_le_pue stated , there are consequences for not paying and sellers are not obligated to cancel but you can try. Apologize , being new , not understanding how ebay works etc.

If seller agrees to cancel and files , ebay will ask you to agree and be sure to accept. Otherwise , seller loses a big fee charged by ebay  through no fault of theirs.
