As a seller myself, I can reassure you that, even though most of my items are unique in my stock, I do have some multiples or similar items. For example, I usually have several copies of Douglas Adams' or CS Lewis" titles.
So don't worry that your item has been relisted.
Use eBay Messages /Contact Seller to ask politely when the item was shipped, the service used and the Delivery Confirmation number. . Again don't worry if there is no DC number. It is more important for the seller than for the buyer.
Allow a good 10 to 20 days for arrival from the USA or Canada.
Allow 10 to 15 days for arrival from Europe.
Allow 20-30 days for arrival from Asia.
If the seller is unresponsive or if those deadlines have passed go to the Resolution Centre and start an Item Not Received dispute. You have up to 45 days to do this, but no longer.
