Hello Paul,
Is that about the lens? That email is not intended to be an invoice, just ejunk from ebay. 🙂
Invoices will follow, so if you have not already done so, you can pay for the lens from your Purchase History. Just click on Pay Now and follow the directions.
That is a high priced item and you have zero feedback, so you will need to know a few things. Chief among these is if the item does not arrive after about 4 weeks, contact the seller. You have 45 days to file a dispute (if there is something wrong with the item or it does not show up) and will need to do it no later than day 43. Never let a seller delay you with promises. By day 43, if you do not have your money or your item, file a claim.
Also, be prepared to pay tax (according to your province) plus the $8.50 processing fee from Canada Post when the item arrives. No duty on that item, but sometimes on other things there is. And avoid anything coming with UPS. They charge big brokerage fees, and depending on the item the charges to get your hands on it total more than you paid for the item itself.
Just check when the lens arrives to ensure it is what you expected in the listing and that it works okay.
