She is very agreeable and has told me to do the following (I just don't know how to do this):

"Please use eBays managed returns system and it will allow you to print a return label at no cost to you and I will be happy to process a refund as soon as the item has been received."

Can you please let me know where the managed returns system is on eBay?

Hi ..Someone will correct if i'm wrong but i believe ebay's managed return process is only available to US members. Let seller know that you are in Canada.
