I need to send a prepaid mailing label to a US seller,

that he can use to send an item to me in Canada.

It's a bubble envelope, 7x9 inches, weight is 2.1 oz.

How do I go about it?

I asked customer service twice, no answer from them so far.

You can't use a prepaid mailing label from Canada

to send something from the USA.

You need to use US postage obtained from the US..you can't use Canadian Postage

The buyer is supposed to pay to ship the item back to you. Once you get the item back, you refund their money. You could also reimburse them their out of pocket shipping although it is not a requirement.
