You need to contact the seller directly.

Depending on which method of shipping the seller uses, you as the buyer may, or may not receive a tracking number. There is no rule saying that sellers must issue a tracking number to buyers. If your screen shows that the item has been shipped out to you (transaction summary) and the date of expected delivery has come and gone and you still have not yet received your item, then contact the seller of course.

If your seller mailed it from North America it will arrive after about 20 days. But it probably did not move until Monday the 28th due to holidays and weekends.

It will arrive around January 20 or sooner.

If it was mailed from China, and was Free Shipping, it is probably moving by Surface Mail. This takes about 30 days at best (but can take two or three months). So again, around January 20th. Or around Easter, it depends.

If it has not arrived by January 31, open an Item Not Received Dispute and get your payment refunded.

Do not wait past Day 42 from payment. There are deadlines.
