I was asked by a buyer in Australia if I would ship to there. How would I add the cost of this to my listing if she buys the item?

I have an item listed but I only ship to Canada, the US & Europe.  A buyer in Australia is interested in it but I would have to add the extra shipping charges and am wondering how to do this.

To send an invoice:
Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages and sign in.
Click the Activity tab.
Under Sell, click Sold.
Click Send Invoice next to the item.
Specify details (shipping and handling, available payment methods) and enter any discounts you're offering the buyer.
Click Send Invoice

Do not click recalculate.. enter shipping , preview and send.
