Items not listing

I'm new to selling on Ebay.

My dashboard says I can sell 20 items a month. I am able to relist items with no problem, but I am trying to add a new listing and nothing is happening, it just saves it.

When am I able to actually post new items, as of now it will only allow unsold items to be relisted.

It's not that you can SELL 20 items a month.

It's that you can LIST 20 items a month.

If you want to list new items, don't relist the unsold ones until the new ones are up.
