When I go create a new auction my Add a description section is in HTML and the Font Color etc. is not there.

Have you tried reaching out to Customer Support on this? Maybe try a new browser while you're at it?

Are you using Internet Explorer?

Recent updates to Internet Explorer may cause this problem.

One solution is to use Compatibility mode in Internet explorer. Go to that page and turn on compatibility mode and it should help. This will only be turned on for ebay.ca and not other web sites.

I here because there is no customer support. Ebay can't collect fees on a seller who can't post.
