My cell phone number is too long(13 digits) thus cannot receive my pin

Hello,

I am now in Indonesia and wish to send something to my Canadian address. My Indonesian phone number has 13 digits, while the box to enter my phone number is too small. How do I get my pin if I cannot get it by phone?
