I'm doing this instead of spending an hour on the phone with the support people:
Background
-Buyer buys lots
-Buyer gets lots, the way I packaged them led him to believe I sent the wrong stuff
-Buyer opens item not as described case
-I sent message as response asking him to open up all the bags
-Buyer did and confirmed all was well (via another message in the case which bounces it back to me)
-I sent Buyer another message in the case and outside the case asking them to close it because I can't
-No word from Buyer (I'm assuming they don't know how to close the case)
-The case at this point is in "1 case awaits other members' responses" mode
If they do not ever close the case and it goes past the waiting period (which is tomorrow) does it automatically close?
(It is my assumption it does, and that for it to move to a dispute they have to do something to move it right?)
