PayPal charged me twice for shipping?

I recently sold some shoes on Ebay. PayPal deducted the amount for the shipping label from the total invoice but the shipping charge also appeared on my Visa. What is going on here?

If you back your PP with a credit card PP can take money from the credit card.

If you normally use a PP balance, but there is not enough money in the balance PP will go to the cc for the money.
