Payed for Macbook Pro but never received was relisted and resold on me

I bought and payed for a Macbook Pro on Dec 18/2013. I never received it.

I kept asking for a tracking number and was told there was a death in the family, followed by his friend was going to mail it, to no response at all.

Now I see it was re-listed and resold. I PAID for this.

I logged a complaint to Paypal.

I complained to Ebay about this and the seller is still on Ebay.

Shame on Ebay.

I won it fair and square but I guess he wasn't satisfied with the low final bid. He kept stalling with excuses as to he couldn't send it.

He sold it again for $407.00 even though I already purchased it.

I hope they include that ridiculous cash grab Ebay calls an  import tax that I had to pay as well.

When a claim from Global Shipping Program (GSP) is approved by PayPal, you get two refunds - matching your two payments.

However this individual is still allowed to sell on Ebay.
kind of mskes a mockery of the whole ebay experience.

Quite a small number of 1 star ratings will see the seller losing the right to sell.

When you recieve your refund, leave appropriate feedback. The most effective feedback is calm and factual.

At the same time you will be asked to leave Detailed Seller Ratings. The usual transaction gets Five Stars.

The lowest rating is ONE Star.

No stars is a free pass.

If a seller's DSRs drop below 4.3 his ability to list and to sell is severely restricted.

Well paypal reimbursed me my $250.0 US but never reimbursed me for the $55.00 import chages.

I finally got my money back from Paypal.

They had it totally mixed up and insisted that they owed me nothing.

I had purchased 2 MacBook pros at the same time.

Payed for those 2 MacBook pros at the same time.

Big mistake.

I received only one and the seller of the second one relisted and resold while I was waiting for it to arrive.

Paypal then went after the wrong person.

Never pay for 2 items in one session.

Lesson learned.

I emailed the seller of the macbook and told him that I'm trying to get Ebay to take him off but his response was I wasn't trying hard enough????
