I guess the stamp rate is going up!  I've been mailing stuff with the old stamp rate this weekend, im sure monday will be a grace day!

BTW,  If I mail something on monday before the pick-up time, does that count as one business day?

If you are dropping some thing in a street letter box on Monday they will have to give you the benefit of doubt.

You could have mailed it any thime after the last pick up on Friday.

If you are mailing something at the post office they will probably show no mercy.

Your items are okay because it isn't the 14th yet.

You could drop stuff in a mail box Monday before the first collection and they would have no way of knowing you hadn't mailed it on Sunday , or Saturday or Friday.

Unless your town has a Saturday or Sunday collection but I am not aware of any where that does.
