You have two choices.

1; Pay for the item before the dispute is closed.

2; Don't pay and receive an unpaid item strike.

A seller is not obligated to wait until you have finished bidding on other listings receive before wanting to be paid for the first item. you should have contacted the seller before bidding and asked if he wouldn't mind waiting for payment until all the listings you wanted to bid on were completed.

two or more unpaid item strikes in the previous 12 months will result in you being placed on the blocked bidder lists of many eBay sellers.

If you don't pay for the first item, your bid on the second item may be cancelled by the seller before the auction ends.

Pay the item. Apologize to the seller for the delay. Explain why you were delaying.

Ask very nicely if he will combine and discount shipping on the two items together.
