Hey, I have an issue for my return and refund process.
I bought an item ( a Printer ), I found out that it's a wrong model. So my seller made a Return Option for me.
After I sent out the printer, the post office tried to deliver twice to my seller and nobody was there to receive it. So the delivery guy left a card with every information on it to let my seller pick up at pick-up location (near his place).
Until now, it's been more than two weeks and my seller still didn't pick up the parcel. I contacted to him many times, and he said that they are handling it.
With the tracking number I gave to him, if nobody is going to pick up the parcel, the post office will return it to me. Since it's a big parcel and also I paid the shipment fees. I have no ideal why the seller don't go and get it.
I called the post office to make sure the address was right and the information was correct. And it was all good.
Right now, it's been more than 10 days, I believe soon the Printer will return to me again.
I would like to know what should I do to get my refund? I am pretty angry now, since the day I sent out the printer, it's been a month until now. We are living in the same city. This is way too long.
Edit : I contacted to eBay, and they tell me that I can use eBay Step In . But in my Purchase History, in my More Actions, there is no such option which I can click on. How could I find it?
