Seller in China replaced item with same problem item, now past 60 days, no refund

Bought car DVD player from seller in China. After reporting that there are significant problems with the unit, the seller instructed to send back the unit for "tests". Many emails back and forth to confirm with the seller that only if they are willing to fully test the replacement unit and certify that the problems do not exist in the replacement, would I be in agreement to return the unit. I also communicated that they are to provide a refund, if the problems are inherent with their product, i.e. exist in the replacement unit. They agreed, and send a replacement unit. After sending the unit back to China, waiting for them to "test" the unit, and waiting to receive the replacement unit, more than 60 days have expired. No surprise to find the replacement unit has the same problems and can be easily reproduced. After contacting them, they said that 60 days have expired and will not refund me.

Ebay confirmed the 60 day limitation for international sellers and offered nothing. Only suggested to file a complaint with ic3.gov or my credit card company.

Is there anything else I can do ?

No , credit card is the only option and its not 60 but rather 45 days...
