Trust me, I share your feelings here. With that said, with you may perceive as "designer changes" are ever hardly just that. Virtually anything that can be done to the site has a dollar value attached to it in terms of impact on the business (your business as much as ours, they are interdependent). The problem is that, as I stated earlier, Canada being such a small part of the North American business, the effort in making the CA site work better with the US gets outranked by US initiatives often times. Thankfully, you have us to go to battle for you.
