All the mega-telepaths came from Canada.
There was scene in the book can't remember which - maybe Jack Diamond Mask - ice skating in the park. Totally romanced me.

We get a number of visitors from Oz and actually the whole Island (Vancouver Island) is a great place to holiday if you like camping, boating, fishing, hiking, whale watching, etc. You can even surf at Tofino (but usually only in the windy cold months so you have to wear a wet suit). Lots of wildlife, why even driving through our "leafy suburbs" you will likely see a deer or two!
