Maybe I am slow but it took me a while to stumble onto this one.
I though I would share it encase anyone else is as slow as I.
If you pay you Ebay fees via credit card, you are charged the credit card exchange rate.
If you make a onetime payment from your Paypal account each month you are charged the Paypal exchange rate; considerably lower.
If your fees are in excess of $1000, this could save you over $100 a month.

I've been having problems getting my Paypal debit card to authorize to pay my Ebay fees. I just got off the phone with a Paypal rep (only took 10 minutes of waiting on the phone) she told me that the information has to be entered in a particular method.
Under Billing Address line type in your address then space and then city.
Under City type in your province code
Under state/province type in FC
Under Postal Code type in 00000
Under country select United States
I had tried three times prior to this and it would fail authorization but when I filled in the form as above it worked.
Talk about forms not working properly.
