Ok maybe someone can help me ..I received a trademark violation for a purse... After finally finding the phone number for ebay.ca on google because no where on ebays site would actually give me a phone number to call. The rep said that I received it because I did not have proof as in a receipt form for purchasing the purse. I listed a full description including 8 pictures showing it was unused the brand etc. It is not a high end purse ....Just a Ricki's lady clothing store. My daughter bought it and never used it. Now the rep tells me that I have a 7 day suspension because I could not prove it is a Ricki's purse. And with anything listed I have to have proof of purchase on used items or new...otherwise I'm in violation of ebay polices. Ricki's is a common ladies store in the malls.... and now they want me to go to the Ricki's store and get it authenticated. Are you kidding..and proof from my daughter that she bought it......This is the strangest thing I have heard of......I have been selling on ebay since 2004 on a different site for antiques with almost 3000 positive feedback and have never heard of this rule.
