My question... I plan to upgrade to a basic ebay store for my listings in about two weeks. Since its less expensive to make a one-time payment for 12 months then this is what I am going to do. Now, I plan to have more and more listing (I am growing my ebay business) and eventually I might need to upgrade to a premium store in about 6 months. Will ebay let me transition to premium and credit what I have already paid ?
