Hi - looking for an answer but I think I'm just screwed.
Sold an item, buyer was unhappy it wasn't in perfect condition (which the listing already said) blah blah blah. They opened a case against me and lost but I refunded them the item cost minus shipping. Ever since them someone has been setting up a false account a day or two before my items end and bidding on them only to never pay. This has happened about 6 times now since my ordeal with above buyer. I have 100% positive feedback so there's no reason for anyone else to screw with me accept this vindictive .
So the question is - what do I do about this? I'm getting fed up. Can I change my id without losing all my positive feedback etc? I still have this person address - can you contact authorities in their city? But still I have no proof - just a gut feeling (and logic) that says it's this person harassing me. I only ask here cuz I've messaged ebay 3 times already and no one has responded. I guess it's time to pick up the phone... Thanks.
