Did you pay or not?
If you paid, it's probably too soon to expect delivery. You'll have to wait until that Estimated Delivery Date has passed and then open an Item Not Received case if you get nothing. In the meantime, a tracking number would be nice. You can find an email with which to contact your seller in your paypal Account Activity.
If you haven't paid yet, count yourself lucky. You've avoided potential trouble. Sellers don't just vanish of their own volition with payments pending, they are shut down by ebay for known or suspicions activity.

know seller no longer with ebay thank you please help
Is the seller Not A Registered User (NARU)?
That means he has been kicked off eBay for bad behaviour.
While it is possible that your item may arrive, it is unlikely that you will get what you ordered.
Go to your Paypal account.
The Resolution Centre is at the top of your account page under Tools.
Open an Item Not Received dispute.
You will need the number of the Paypal transaction.
The first suggestion (not an order, a suggestion) is to contact the seller.
Since he is NARU you cannot do that.
Escalate to a Claim.
In the claim say that the seller is no longer allowed to sell on eBay.
This will speed up your refund.
Paypal will try to contact the seller and ask them to prove delivery (not shipping, delivery).
If the seller cannot prove delivery, you will be refunded in full.
You will need three separate cases for the three separate payments.
