Where do I select to offer pick up from home?

I want to offer local pick up of purchases, I can't find this option. 

Help, please.

It is in the shipping options of your listing,

"How you'll ship it"

there is a box for Offer Local Pick Up - click on it.

Note: this applies to the advanced selling form.

Look at the Section called Add shipping details you should see Local pickup as a Domestic shipping option.

But if it does not show -- then you need to click on Add or remove options (on the right side of the section title) -- in the shipping options enable the Show local pickup option to see it as shipping choice.
