Why can't I add a tracking number?

I live in Canada and shipped 2 parcels today to people in Canada.  When I wanted to add the tracking numbers, I wasn't able.  I have added numbers for parcels going to the US, and had no problems.  I didn't purchase my shipping online, but I didn't purchase online when I was shipping to the US either.

I just had the same problem. After I clicked 'Add Tracking Number', I had no listings to add.

I tried to log back in to eBay and it came up.

I had the same problem and the same solution worked.  When I logged out and back in, the tracking number field comes up and you can add it. 

If you want to check and see if your tracking number did get added to the item, you have to do the same thing yet again.

Dumb glitch.
