Woohoo...all 5's!

I nearly fell of my chair today to see that my stars (the ones the buyer sees and not the ones on my dashboard) are all filled up and rounded off as 5's. That's a first for me. I have always given consistent service but tweaked it up a little after the introduction of those stars by including little factual but short and sweet notes with my invoices pointing out to my customers what I did to earn 5 stars and to give me a chance to earn them if I fell short. So I don't know if it's just a fluke or if it's just a matter of things rounding out for both buyers and sellers regarding those stars which have been with us for a year now.

Lol...don't worry. I know it just takes one or two very scruntinous (but more likely oblivious) buyers to screw it up. You can work your butt off all you want but can't avoid the bidders that leave you the wrong feedback by mistake nor the ones that didn't bother reading the item description.

Thankfully I only see a handful of those a year 🙂
